National Architecture Conferences

We’ve worked on the design and delivery of screen content for this annual event since 2008. Attracting some 1,000 delegates, leading international and Australian speakers, our work on this event includes interpreting the design established by the Creative Directors to produce motion graphics – social media teasers and session openers; and programming all screen content.

The core part of our role is technical:

• providing advice on the venue’s technical specifications
• show calling – directing all venue technicians
• stage management, including technical briefings for speakers and run throughs for VIPs
• troubleshooting – the dark art of ensuring that every speaker’s presentation works seamlessly, regardless of platform, embedded media, last minute changes and other challenges.
