We filmed at 25 locations across Australia, from factories to award-winning homes, to showcase Australia’s leading aluminium window systems.
Aimed at architects, designers, consumers and fabricators, our key task was to describe Architectural Window Systems’ products and extensive services, as well as the role and support provided to their 200 independent fabricators.
Our solution was to capture each stage of the process in a cinematic way – from the initial product design, to rigorous testing, manufacture, specification and installation – supported by a conversational narrative.
We’d worked with AWS on several projects since 2009 and applied our understanding of their business to develop the script, working closely with senior AWS staff to cover every area of their operations.
The project involved a three-month filming schedule covering Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, regional Victoria, the NSW Central Coast and the Hunter Valley, and generated a wealth of footage we now draw upon for our ongoing AWS projects.
