'Extraordinary' 2010
Seamless conference content delivered on stage, screen and by satellite over three days.
As AV producers for the Australian Institute of Architects National Conferences in 2008 and 2009, we returned in 2010 to work with the Institute.
Leading up to the conference, we produced a cohesive package of AV content: from session/speaker/holding slides to sponsor TVC rolls. And when the Icelandic volcano wreaked havoc with international speakers’ flights, we worked closely with the Institute and tech staff to deliver eight presentations flawlessly via satellite.
From bump in to bump out we coordinated every aspect of AV: operating vision, cueing complex screen and satellite feeds, lighting and sound with Sydney Convention Centre techs; converting speaker presentations from a multitude of formats to ensure glitch-free delivery every time; and providing live voice over introductions to sessions.
